[About return]
Unless the product is defective, we do not exchange or return products for customer's convenience, such as "different from the image", "the size does not match" or "the order is different".
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
(1) Products that have been 7 days or more from delivery
(2) Products that you have used once
(3) Products that have been dirty and damaged by customers
(4) If the box, instructions, etc. of the product are stained, damaged, lost, or destroyed
(5) Products that were desired to pack gifts
(6) Products processed by customers
(7) After delivery, repair, cleaning, etc.
(8) Other items that cannot accept returns on each product listing page
Handling of defective products
Damage to product, dirt, when it is different from the order content
We have made a thorough product quality, but if the product is damaged or stained, or if it is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
We will return and exchange immediately. (In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by our shop.)
